Chowdary V Bhashyam

From humble beginnings as a professional in a public sector company to becoming a successful serial entrepreneur, Chowdary V Bhashyam has a storied legacy spanning four decades.

Chowdary set up Supreme NetSoft in India in 2005 and under his leadership, Supreme has transformed into a global pioneer in technology consulting with operations in the US, EU, Middle East, and Africa. Besides expanding Supreme’s footprint, he has helped foster an entire eco-system in the tech-consulting space through investments and collaborations.

Most notably, as an investor, he has nurtured emerging technology consulting businesses such as Techbytes Solutions Inc. and EmpGOWIN. His vision and drive also resulted in a multi-million-dollar strategic partnership with ICT Works – a top IT systems integration company in South Africa, which helped generate employment for African nationals.

Sai Saroopya Bhashyam

Saroopya is a technology enthusiast with over a decade’s experience in leadership, management, and software development. Her strong background in IT along with her passion for technology and innovation forms the basis of the IT consulting practice at Supreme.

Her experience of working in international, multi-cultural environments complements the technical expertise she brings to Supreme and has contributed immensely to our growth across diverse cultures and geographies.

In addition to her role at Supreme, Saroopya is President of our associate firm TechBytes Solutions. She has a Master’s degree in Information Systems from George Mason University, Virginia.

Sandeep Alluri

A technopreneur, a leader and a firm believer in data-driven technology – Sandeep brings extensive product management and development expertise. He has led and collaborated with teams from around the world and managed some of the biggest software products for some of the biggest organizations.

He holds an MBA from the Babson Graduate School and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky. This potent combination of management and technology skills has not only enhanced Supreme’s credibility in the technology consulting space but has also helped widen our offerings to clients.

Sandeep is also a co-founder of our associate organization, TechBytes Solutions Inc.

Govind Babu

Govind is an accomplished global business leader who has built tech consulting and recruitment businesses worldwide. After an early career in selling tech solutions, he has gone on to build successful executive search and leadership hiring companies in the USA and the Middle East.

At Supreme, Govind heads the global business operations of the company as Director. He is responsible for new customer acquisition, global expansion through subsidiaries, team hiring and performance, and overall business growth. His ability in identifying the right people for the right jobs has been honed over years and years of being in and around the sales community.

An Engineer and MBA by background, he is a passionate trainer, who has worked with over 30,000 professionals globally and has co-authored a best-selling book called “Life is fundamentally Management”.
