Job Description:

  • Technical Recruiter, will be responsible for identifying and presenting qualified candidates to fill our client requirements
    Possess hands-on experience in US Recruitment.
  • Works with the clients and internal sales people to understand the requirement
  • Will search the job portals for applicants and do an initial screen
  • Meet monthly recruiting targets
  • Present opportunities and secure commitments
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that the person is hired
  • Maintains steady track of activities
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skill has an ability and high-level understanding of job portals detail oriented.
  • Basic understanding of IT industry and various tools experience as a IT Recruiter for US market.
  • Knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, Dice, Corp-Corp.)
  • Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Interacting with candidates, follow up with candidates
  • Good Experience with End to End Recruitment.
  • Able to work Independently.
